His responsibilities further extend to vendor and contractor management, standardized prequalification processes, and compliance auditing. Stanley also oversees web-based reporting and tracking systems, and conducts mitigated risk assessments to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.

Our history
Assured Realty Company was founded in 1994 as a full-service real estate firm, initially focusing on property listings and sales, with a particular emphasis on special programs for low-income housing. Over time, we expanded our services to include property management and rehabilitation, helping real estate owners preserve and maintain their properties effectively.
In 2004, we introduced insurance services to better meet the needs of our clients. In 2014, Assured Realty became a woman-owned small business, marking a new chapter in our growth. Since then, we've broadened our expertise to include real estate consulting and development, further strengthening our ability to manage and enhance the value of our clients' assets.
Assured has steadily expanded its infrastructure and service areas related to real estate and financial life planning. We now provide a broad range of real estate, construction, development, insurance, educational, and consulting services to customers and clients nationwide.
